Tending to the sacred.
Birthing and raising a new humanity flourishes with continuity of care.
We aren’t born into this life as parents—we are initiated into it.
There are ecosystems of community that are tapped into the deep requirement of supporting this rite of passage, as it’s ingrained ancestrally.
With the cascading momentum of modern times and nuclear families, there are places that have grown distant from the intrinsic necessity of foundational care—It’s time to remember.
Tending to the sacred is to tend to the Earth. To be in service to birth is to be in service to life. My presence in these containers, is to support you and your family, as you shift into this new paradigm, sovereign in your decisions, and deeply nourished.
You, the Mother, are at the heart of your birth experience. Through your relationship with birth, with yourself, your body and your baby, you are the one who leads the way.
My presence as you traverse this rite of passage, is to support the co-creation of each moment, as this initiation unfolds. Empowering you to be in your own experiences as fully as possible.
Preparation is not simply about learning information—it is about building trust, cultivating self-awareness, and deepening your connection with yourself and your baby.
I believe we carry an intrinsic knowing of how to birth.
I’m here to support you in unearthing and trusting your own path. I’m not here to fix/change/hold space, I’m here to be with what is, and to be a steady, grounded presence, rooted in trust, and the belief that you already have what you need within you.

In these sessions, you will be supported with postpartum preparation and planning, birth preparation, and gentle pregnancy Abhyanga/bodywork. Some sessions will be held 1:1 with you, and others will include your birth partner. I’ll organise a meal train, so you and your family will be nourished and fed through the fourth trimester.
There is the option for you to receive a handful of candid images of you during this time as a keepsake. These are captured mindfully during a prenatal session, in the comfort of your home.

We will discuss when it’s time for you to call me to attend your birth. I’m a pillar of support in this space, and will be right by you, tending to and being with what is in each moment. I’ll provide physical and emotional support for you and your birth partner every step of the way. When your babe arrives earth side, I’ll ensure you are rehydrated, nourished with food, and set you and your family up for rest. I’ll also ensure that preparations are in place to support your wishes for the placenta.
I’ll be on call for your birth from 37 weeks onwards. If a transfer to the hospital is required, I will continue to support you through labour.

When space is created for a nourishing postpartum nest, a slow integration unfurls for mother, babe and family. Deep rest and full spectrum postpartum support allows for a soft landing into this new season. Each of my postpartum offerings are woven with the following—

Nourishing meals, treats and tonics with each visit.
Debrief of your birth.
Postpartum bodywork/Abhyanga.
Herbs to support postpartum recovery.
Light tending to the home and watching babe whilst you shower/bathe/eat/rest.
A loving and safe space to be held, heard and to simply be with what is.
A handful of candid images of you and your babe, captured mindfully during a visit, for your own keepsake of this tender time.
Closing ceremony to honour you.

A woman standing at the threshold of becoming.
A Mother Blessing is a ceremony that turns toward the Mother. It is a remembering: that we are deeply held by our kindreds as we traverse the threshold.
Ancestrally, women gathered around the one who is on the cusp of birth, to weave her a web of strength, to bless her, and to remind her of what she already carries within.
A Mother Blessing is a container of ceremony, devotion and nourishment, shaped around you, your lineage, your beliefs and what your spirit is asking forl.
We gather, craft, sing, share stories, and blessings from the women who love you, and tend to you and your body through touch and ritual.
Each ceremony is a co-creation; Held with your circle of loved ones, or as a one-on-one blessing.
My availability for birth and postpartum support is limited, as I allow ample space to tend to each family. I currently attend homebirths, and will continue to provide support if a transfer to hospital is required. I don’t attend planned hospital births.
Please connect with me here to receive my Mother blessing, birth and postpartum offerings.
Accessibility is a cornerstone, particularly for Mothers/Women/Families that are in need of support. I’m happy to find an arrangement that fits your financial needs. Payment plans are available to make my services more accessible.
